Key formulas¶
ACOS = Ad Spend / Ad Sales
ROAS = Ad Sales / Ad Spend
TACOS = Ad Spend / Total Sales
Break-even ACOS = Gross Profit / Price
Target Bid = Price x Conversion Rate x Target ACOS
Harvesting rule starter¶
Harvest a search term when it has enough clicks, enough orders, and ACOS at or below target. A starter rule is 50+ clicks, 5+ orders, and ACOS under target, but the threshold should change by price, category, and conversion rate.
Operator checklist¶
- Explain the topic in plain English.
- Identify the report, console area, or input data needed.
- Make the smallest safe change first.
- Log the action, reason, and expected review date.
- Escalate if the issue touches policy, inventory, account health, or large budget changes.
